Log on to online public services
When you log in to and make use of the various online public services, you obviously want to be sure that certain aspects are secure. In particular, you expect that:
CSAM is well aware of the importance of your privacy and the integrity of your personal data. CSAM takes these criteria into account when developing and providing the identification service and digital keys.
Your data is held securely in sources managed by public bodies. Managing these data in a centralized location enables the "only once" principle to be applied. This principle means that your data is requested once and, if necessary, the public services can then consult the data in a neutral source which is the same for all users. Consulting the data is of course subject to strict access conditions.
The Data Protection Authority ensures that the fundamental principles of personal data protection are respected.
